Welcome to the Delmonico Townhomes Association, Inc., a group of 145 individually owned Townhomes located in the Rockrimmon neighborhood area of Colorado Springs, CO, El Paso County, 80919. There are 27 buildings in the community that were built in three (3) Phases. Hargrove Court was built in 1985, Colony Circle was built from 1990 to 1992 and Iveystone Court in 1991. The exterior of the homes are stucco with a 30-year asphalt dimensional shingle installed in June 1997. Delmonico HOA is a great Community Association.
