The Delmonico Townhomes are managed by RowCal Management. The Association dues "assessments" for 2024 are $202.00 per home per month. All homes pay the same dues amount. Assessments are due on the first of each month and are considered late if received after the 15th of the month when a $20.00 late fee is imposed. The Association's Fiscal year runs from January to December.
Any owner needing current finances or the approved budget, please get in touch with the Manager.
Board Meetings are normally held on the 4th Tuesday of the month at 5:30 PM at 3720 Sinton Rd., #200 RowCal's office. 2024 meeting schedule: January 16, March 26 (S/A), May 28, July 23, Sept. 24, and Oct. 29 (Annual). Please contact Derek to verify the meeting time/date or to be placed on the agenda.
All homes are issued one (1) covered space under a carport and one (1) open space (except Units 6106, 6056, 131, 222, and 6343, which have both spaces covered). Spaces marked as GUEST are for guests/visitors only; no resident parking in guest spaces is permitted. Vehicles parking in guest spaces for more than 4-hours with no permit are subject to towing without notice.
Trash: is currently being serviced 4 days a week, Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. Recycling is picked up on Monday and Thursday each week. Republic Services is the provider.
